AFGE's 38th Triennial National Convention will be held during week of Monday, August 24 - Friday, August 28, 2009 at:

AFGE Local 918 will hold an election of Delegates to be held via teleconference on Saturday, July 25, 2009. See "Members Only" Section for teleconference numbers -
or contact your Regional VP for instructions. Three Delegates and Three Alternate Delegates will be elected.
Nominees for Delegate and Alternate Delegate must be AFGE Local 918 members in good standing. Delegates and Alternate Delegate nominations will only be
accepted from Local 918 members in good standing.
All Delegate nominations must be faxed to 816-629-4462 and will be posted by Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Nominations require the name of the nominee and the name
of the AFGE Local 918 member submitting the nomination.
Agency Official Time is NOT authorized for the National Convention - any Delegate must take Annual Leave or other personal time.
